About me
Joel Garrett
I am an experienced strength and conditioning coach and applied sport scientist with a demonstrated history of working in health and high-performance sport. With previous roles at Port Adelaide Football Club in the AFL and EXOS in London, and as a current lecturer in Exercise Science and Physiology at Griffith University, I have developed experience and proficiency in delivering strength and conditioning for the prevention, return to performance, rehabilitation, and performance development of high-performance athletes and everyday individuals.
